1. Información que la App procesa
La App puede leer y mostrar información almacenada en una tarjeta de transporte público compatible con NFC, incluyendo datos técnicos y operativos escritos por el sistema de transporte y/o sus operadores: identificadores de tarjeta, registros de movimientos, datos de ruta, fecha y hora, costos u otros campos similares.
Importante: La App no intenta identificar a una persona a partir de esos datos.
2. Dónde se procesa y almacena esa información
La información leída de la tarjeta se procesa y almacena localmente en tu dispositivo.
No se envía a servidores del desarrollador.
No se comparte con terceros.
3. Permisos del dispositivo
La App utiliza NFC para leer la tarjeta. Funciones futuras solicitarán solo los permisos estrictamente necesarios.
4. Ubicación, anuncios y analítica
La App no recopila ni almacena tu ubicación.
La App no incluye anuncios.
La App no integra herramientas de analítica destinadas a rastrear tu comportamiento.
5. Envío voluntario de información
Actualmente, la App no incluye funciones para enviar tus datos fuera del dispositivo. Cualquier función futura de compartición será opcional y requerirá una acción explícita.
6. Cambios a esta Política
Podemos actualizar esta Política cuando la App cambie o por motivos legales o técnicos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta misma página con su fecha de actualización.
This Privacy Policy describes how the Mi Viaje application (the "App") handles information when you use it.
1. Information the App processes
The App may read and display information stored on a public transportation card compatible with NFC, including technical and operational data written by the transportation system and/or its operators: card identifiers, movement records, route data, date and time, fares, or other similar fields.
Important: The App does not attempt to identify a person from that data.

Information read from the card is processed and stored locally on your device.
It is not sent to the developer's servers.

3. Device permissions
The App uses NFC to read the card. Future features will request only the permissions that are strictly necessary.
4. Location, ads, and analytics
The App does not collect or store your location.

The App does not integrate analytics tools intended to track your behavior.
5. Voluntary submission of information
The App currently does not include features for sending your data outside the device. Any future sharing feature will be optional and will require an explicit action.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App changes or for legal or technical reasons. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
